Vertical silo – SLV model
Truck is positioned at the side of silo and, while it slowly moves forward, chips are unloaded by lifting the front door using two pneumatic pistons.
Containment hopper is made of sheet metal reinforced with ribs on all sides, and also on door, to prevent any deformations when silo is full. It is also supported by four galvanized columns that rest on the ground on anchored plates and have a proper height to allow unloading onto the truck.
Bridge silo – SLP model
Truck is positioned under silo and, while it slowly moves, chips unloading is allowed by the opening of its truncated pyramid bottom by means of a slide valve controlled by PLC.

Hopper silo – SLT model
This type of silo is designed to be positioned inside a workshop and allow material unloading outside. It is equipped with a large containment hopper on the bottom of which an extracting screw leads chips to the external discharge, dosing them a little at a time, while truck is positioned under the extractor screw end where, by means of a chute, chips are discharged while truck slowly moves forward.
